The Licensing of Tyranny in Dog Ownership

The Licensing of Tyranny in Dog Ownership

“The ideal animal control tyranny is that which is ignorantly self-administered by its victims.” ~ Dean A. Ayers

The erosion of our freedom to own dogs, pets and animals, rings true of the current political climate in the USA today. We the People who own dogs, cats, pets and animals are especially struck by the public’s statements concerning agreement or apathy towards all the various government licensing to include that of our pets and animals.

Definition of Licensing and the Misconceptions:

Most people seem to believe that a dog or pet license is a freedom, when in true fact, it is a taking.

A license is a temporary, revocable permit issued by government that allows the holder to have something or to do something that is otherwise illegal. For example, in the USA the licensing of firearms has virtually removed our Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms.

Any time a license is issued, a freedom is jeopardized. By the very act of licensing dogs, the act of owning or even possessing a dog has been made illegal.

Animals are traditional property, now legally having “Intrinsic Value:”

Animals are human-kind's most ancient and traditional property. Before ever we settled down to a plot of land and threw seeds in the soil, we numbered animals as our most valuable possessions. Wealth has always been associated with the number of animals that a person owned, and kept.

Now animal ownership, use, and the ancient, honorable practice of animal husbandry are under global attack by dog laws, and animal ID laws globally. It was initiated by the animal "rights" movement, and adapted by local, state, and federal governments throughout the world.

A Dog's life has 'intrinsic value,' New York judge finds:

Finding that a dog "is somewhere between a person and personal property," a New York trial court said a pet owner whose dog died following unauthorized surgery may seek damages beyond the purchase price of the animal. "[A dog] is not an inanimate thing that just receives affection; it also returns it," the court wrote, citing Corso v. Crawford, 97 Misc. 2d 530 (N.Y., Queens County Civ. Ct. 1979).

Doing Away with Dog Ownership:

All the dog legislation, animal control laws, dog ownership licensing, animal breeder licensing and animal ID programs will effectively do away with all but the largest commercial breeders and providers. When the small traditional owner and holder have been the basis for our animals and economy world-wide, it soon will end with all animals owned being controlled through licensing of many types and behaviors, as well as the food we all eat for life will be controlled by the seed products being copyrighted thru large commercial concerns like Monsanto. For those of us who have traditionally grown our own food, raised animals or owned animals personally as pets or for various other reasons, we will be locked out of life by "licenses" of the various types of animals, premises, or property owners who will be locked up literally, also known as “Jail” or animal shelters, etc when they "fail" to maintain their license of same.

To Legislate Animals and Control or Not to Legislate, that is the Question:

Generally, people concerned about retaining their freedom and liberty in America are usually not in favor of "any" legislation of any kind that increases "stress" upon the freedom's of "We the People" no matter what the case or cause.

BUT..... after "reviewing" the "Who's Who" list of the “animal rights” organizations that are jumping up and down, screaming "unfair" I AM going to continue to explain and complain about this subject. For one thing, ASPCA, HSUS, and PETA like groups, are the first "wasted" manipulators that will "AXE" your Freedoms to even merely "OWN" a pet. But wait, their perversion of animal law does not stop there. Consider the animal control laws backed by discovering the "INSANE" perverted dog "propaganda" information these people are allegedly spewing regarding alleged cruelty of animals by dog owners, for simply "keeping their pets" safe, in a "proper" kennel inside, or properly tethering their dogs outside their home, or the questionable manipulation on just being able to tie your dog or animal out to pee in the grass (for a little while) or even exercise your dog on a proper guide line", etc. The dog law perversion never stops.

Not to mention the lies that HSUS, the ASPCA, or PETA allegedly put out, in just about every category of dog ownership "reasonable care for animals and pets" to be lied about by HSUS and PETA and then manipulated by their licensing and legislation lies to allegedly make We the People the criminals, for simply "loving" our dogs, pets and animals in our own home.

In actuality, We the People ARE the "REALISTS" with "common sense" and "family values" that include our Legal and God Given "rights, per the Bill of Rights to be free from intrusion on our own private property with our dogs, pets and animals. My family happens to be my "animals."

We the People are now headed immediately for a bleak (Pet-less - My Words) future that Dwight David Eisenhower warned the world about in his inaugural address, the "military, industrial complex".

"The object of life is not to be on the side of the majority but to escape finding oneself in the ranks of the insane." ~ Marcus Aurelius

Dog Gone It, on a “Positive and Constructive” Note:

One reason a dog can be such a comfort such as when you're feeling blue or worried about tyranny legislation upon our animals, and ourselves, is that our dogs don't try to find out why. Some of these dog laws or animal control regulations appear to be "overwhelming" and appear "impossible to defeat."

Fortunately, I never have had enough intelligence to know, that I could not stop the impossible. I know "not" the meaning of defeat. This is the belief We as People, who own dogs, pets, and animals, need to retain, believe in, and “ACT” upon.

I Do Know This:

I DO KNOW, the Love of my dogs, and their “Intrinsic Value” to my life and theirs, there for, I shall not forsake them, even unto a bad law or "perverted" animal activist organization's efforts to defeat my love, admiration, and "Intrinsic value" in the ownership of my family of dogs and animals. With only ordinary talent and extraordinary perseverance, all things are attainable, even to defeat the impossible perversion of animal control laws facing us all nation wide.

Dog and Pet Owners Remember This:

Look at a stone cutter (loving dog owners) hammering away at his/her rock (tyranny & the animal control legislation oppressor), hitting the stone perhaps a hundred times without as much as a crack even showing in the rock (dog laws). Yet at the hundred-and-first blow the rock will split in two, and I know it was not the last blow that did it, but all that had gone before.

Let's get "busy" through "action" and “ACT” with authority of a dog owner, in charge of our freedom and liberty to crack this stone of tyranny upon our animals, and all the controlling tyranny of us all. And that action with authority of preserving our freedom “includes” our family of dogs, pets, and animals. Period.

They will call it “Mark of the Beast” technology - RFID Chips

Pet and Animal ID using "RFID" Chip devices, is "not" the answer.

RFID malware is a Pandora's box that has been gathering dust in the corner

By Dean A. Ayers

Most people "think" RFID microchips are to find their lost puppy, cat, or other animal and return it to the owner; wouldn't that be "noble." When in fact, the government… our government, is attempting to use this microchip technology, to rapidly track, locate and find you dogs, pets, and farm animals on your private property called a premise, and potentially assassinate (cull) your dogs, cats, cows, hogs, goats, all of them, in the name of “Disease Prevention and Protection” should this ever become necessary to conduct a “culling” on your premises in the future by our government in a designated disease crisis or disaster involving your premises.

There is "no" safe place on this Earth now, where you and your dogs, pets, and animals can "run and hide" from Animal Identification coming to you soon in human application form.

They will call it “Mark of the Beast” technology. AKA: RFID Implanted Microchips.

RFID tags vulnerable to viruses

"RFID malware is a Pandora's box that has been gathering dust in the corner of our 'smart' warehouses and home," their research paper stated. The attacks can come in the form of a SQL injection or a buffer overflow attack even though the tags themselves may only store a small bit of information, the paper said. For demonstration purposes, the researchers created a proof-of-concept, self-replicating RFID virus.

Research has documented that a master's student at their university, needed only four hours to write a virus small enough to fit on a RFID tag, something previously thought unworkable stated S. Tanenbaum, a professor at “Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.” RFID tags can contain as little as 114 bytes of memory, he said. Tanenbaum expects vendors to be angry about the publishing of the code.

RFID chip systems may be attractive to criminals since the data contained on them may have a financial or personal nature, such as information stored on digital passports. In addition to causing damage to computer systems, RFID malware may have an effect on real-world objects, the paper said.

For example, airports are considering using RFID tags to track baggage. But Tanenbaum warned that this application could pose a large problem if an RFID tag is read and delivers a much larger set of data in return. A false tag on a piece of baggage could exploit a buffer overflow to deliver a virus to the RFID middleware. Once the virus code is on the server, it could infect the databases and corrupt subsequent tags or install back doors -- small programs that allow for the extrication of data over the Internet, Tanenbaum said. "You can hide baggage," Tanenbaum said. "You can reroute baggage to the wrong place -- all kinds of mischief. That's I think a very, very serious thing that even has national security implications."

Just How Close Are We To The Mark Of The Beast?

Revelation 13:17 reads remarkably and frightfully similar, "And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark . . .” 2,000 years ago the Bible foretold of these events, and they're being fulfilled right down to the line!

In 1935, the Social Security program was enacted as a simple retirement system to be funded by payroll contributions. But in 1974, the Senate Finance committee voted to issue a Social Security card to every child entering the first grade. Time magazine of March 13, 1972, commenting on the action said (p.16) "Such a system would further enable the Government to amass information on citizens and STORE IT IN A CENTRAL COMPUTER UNDER A SINGLE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER."

Then in 1989, a law was passed that every child, over two-years of age, must have a Social Security number to qualify as a dependent on tax returns. Now a program has been implemented, that when the baby is born, the hospital will automatically apply for the social security number! The name of the program - ENUMERATION AT BIRTH! To Enumerate means to "ASSIGN A NUMBER!" The government is establishing a UNIVERSAL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER!

Also in 1974, a strange, new mark began appearing on products- UPC barcode. Virtually every product is now marked with the familiar UPC barcode. Interestingly enough, did you know that there are three embedded numbers on every UPC barcode? What are the three hidden numbers? Wouldn't you know- 666!

All of the marks or bars are associated with numbers at the bottom, except the marks at the first, middle, and end. The marks for the number "6" are " ". And these marks are the same marks at the first, in the middle and at the end of every barcode! The number "666" is hidden in every UPC bar code!

Something else has mysterious appeared. In the last few years, some UPC codes have appeared with additional boxes underneath the bar code. Beside the boxes are 2 letters; the letter F and the letter H! Could they stand for forehead or hand?

One party moving rapidly in bar-code identification is the Federal Government. Automatic I.D. News, April 1991, says, (p.46) "Everything that is being used in the military system has been or will be marked with a bar code. . . EVEN DOWN TO INDIVIDUAL SOLDIERS. . . EVERYONE GETS A BAR CODE."

At least 15 high schools in New York City have participated in a pilot program using bar-coded identification and scanners to "keep careful tabs on the students". Esquire magazine of March 1990, (p.89) asked the obvious question, "....will we all be tagged in the end?"

In 1991, while most Americans were preoccupied in the Gulf War, the House "silently" passed, a little-known bill, called The Federal Telecommunication System 2000 (FTS 2000). At a cost of $25 billion, it is the single largest money appropriation in U.S. history. FTS 2000 requires by law, all computer and phone lines, connected via high-tech computer network. According to a published study of FTS 2000, by Craig Hulet, of KC & Associates, "The system is QUITE REAL; . . . THERE IS NO QUESTION that once it is in place, one will 'neither buy nor sell' without being very much a part of the system."

The technology behind such a biochip implant is fairly uncomplicated and with a little refinement, could be used in a variety of HUMAN applications.

Conceivably, a number could be assigned at birth and follow that person throughout life. Most likely, it would be implanted on the back of the RIGHT or LEFT HAND so that it would be easy to scan at stores. You simply scan your hand to automatically debit your banking account. The biochip implant could also be used as a universal type of identification card that would replace all credit cards, passports and that sort of thing. It could also become our medical care ID chip. It could even replace house and car keys someday.

A national ID database represents the slipperiest of all civil liberty slopes.

A system employing tens of thousands of government clerks and administrators and costing tens of billions of dollars to build and operate would surely not remain limited to catching illegal nannies. Why not use it, at virtually no additional cost, to track convicted child molesters as well?

Who would dare object? Why not then also track the movements of convicted murderers. And rapists. And drug dealers and felons in general. And fathers behind in child support. And tax-evaders. And 'political extremists.' Members of 'religious cults.' Drug addicts. AIDS carriers. Gun owners. With each turn of the political cycle, left and right would add their favorite batch of social enemies to the surveillance list.

The Bible tells us that in the future a one-world system of government will require every person to receive a "mark" in their right hand or in their foreheads. Without this "mark of the beast," no one will be permitted to buy or sell. Putting in place such a system would not have been possible without technological breakthroughs in computers and biometrics.

Is there any doubt that we are well on our way to a Big Brother-style global dictatorship? Could this RFID biochip itself be the physical mark of the beast?

How many times has each of you, blamed God, for all your problems?

Like blaming God for the loss of your dog(s), cat(s), pet(s) or animals, or for the coming mandatory animal and human RFID chip implants, mandatory animal taxation, care, and control animal ordinances and animal laws, mandatory animal ID, and soon for the "Mark of the Beast."

A man distraught by all the pain and suffering he saw all around him broke down and banged his fists into the dirt.

His head turns upward and he yells at God, saying;

"Look at this mess. Look at all this pain and suffering. Look at all
this killing and hate. God. Oh God! WHY DON'T YOU DO SOMETHING, Why don't you save us??!!"

And God spoke to him and said "I did. I sent you."

Be Positive and Constructive, maintain your faith, do your research, and, Do Something! Before your have lost your pet and your life from the “Mark of the Beast.”

U.S. IMPORTING DOGS

ANIMAL SHELTER IMPORTATION - A BIG BUSINESS IN SOME STATES!

Destructive practices are emerging that threaten public health, sustain pet 'over-population' and undermine responsible dog ownership and breeding

GLENWOOD, IA, Jan. 20 (DogPress.org) --

If you don't know what's happening at your local animal shelter, or what local pet rescue groups are doing, it's time to find out! Destructive practices are emerging that threaten public health, sustain 'pet overpopulation' and undermine responsible dog ownership and breeding.

Finding out what's happening in the world of animal sheltering and rescuing, however, is not always that easy. Although most shelters use the issue of 'pet overpopulation' to raise funds, it turns out that few of them have sufficient records to support the term. In fact, a major impediment to solving the US stray and surplus pet problems is the lack of reliable shelter statistics.

In many US cities today, campaigns to end 'pet overpopulation' have been so successful that the demand for dogs far outstrips supply. In fact, shelters in many of these cities would have a significant percentage of empty dog runs were it not for the mushrooming practice of moving dogs around from one region to another and from one shelter to another within regions, an activity known somewhat euphemistically as humane relocation.

Humane relocation began as a common sense method for helping animals to get adopted through cooperative efforts among city shelters. It made no sense for the humane society to euthanize dogs for lack of room while the local animal control agency had the space and resources to help get them adopted. Over time, as the number of surplus dogs in some cities continued to drop, they began taking in animals from greater distances. For example, some shelters in the greater Portland metropolitan area routinely accept dogs from other counties in Oregon, Washington and sometimes from states as far away as Hawaii.

The flies in the ointment in U.S. Animal Shelters

Unfortunately, humane relocation is not being conducted responsibly by a small but growing number of shelters and rescue groups. The answer for some shelters with empty runs has not been to contact shelters in their own regions or in other areas of the continental US, but to institute programs of importation from other countries and territories. According to their own records, one foundation, the Save a Sato program championed by PETA, has already sent 14,000 dogs to the US. Satos (a slang term for mixed-breed street dogs in Puerto Rico) arrive in US cities practically every day. Dozens of shelters are involved. Some of the shelters NAIA is tracking bring in 100-200 dogs each month and are placing them for $200-$250 each.

From Florida, Texas and Michigan to New England and the Pacific Northwest, more and younger Puerto Rican dogs and puppies are finding their way into American shelters every month. Massachusetts in particular is a magnet and a distribution center for relocated surplus pets and strays, but other states with empty shelter runs are picking up the cause as well. This is not a phenomenon that can be brushed off lightly as a passing phase. If you examine the evidence and connect the dots, the steady influx of foreign strays reveals an evolving plan.

New 501(c)3 charities devoted to rescuing dogs from distant lands are popping up in states across the US. They are not being formed to place only Puerto Rican dogs, but also to save dogs from as far away as Taiwan and other Asian countries. Several shelters and rescue groups in the Northwest knowingly accept dogs from Taiwan, Puerto Rico or Mexico.

There is another disturbing pattern developing, a trend toward importing progressively younger dogs. Two years ago when organizations first began researching the issue, the foreign imports depicted on shelter web sites were of varied ages. Today, most of them are puppies. It is easy to speculate that if no one is capturing and altering the illusive strays that produce these orphans, then enterprising rescuers and shelter directors could help developing countries become breeding grounds for stocking US shelters.

The problem now is 'stray importation' to 'over-populate' U.S. shelters

Long-term flooding of US cities with mixed-breed, foreign dogs has unavoidable implications for pet population dynamics in the US. The practice of importing dogs from developing countries not only prevents us from making further progress against 'pet overpopulation,' in time it could also diminish the responsible breeding and placement of well-bred, healthy dogs and cats. Many conscientious dog breeders are so concerned about 'pet overpopulation' they have already accepted the idea that a good breeder is one who seldom breeds. The problem with this conclusion is that it does not recognize the basic marketplace reality that demand drives supply. When responsible breeders quit breeding, it means only that in the future someone else will supply the public with the dogs or cats they want. In this specific case, it also means that the public will have fewer reliable sources for healthy, well bred and socialized purebred dogs.

In the two years since introducing the subject of stray importation, the practice has taken off, with the result that some animal shelters are clearly operating as pet stores today. Whether they acquire their inventory from distant states or foreign countries or territories, they operate like commercial businesses, not charities formed to serve the public good.

They acquire their stock at little or no cost, advertise their product using time-tested campaigns against 'pet overpopulation,' rotate inventory quickly, restock immediately and bring in staggering amounts of money. Projecting from figures on the web site of one active shelter, gross revenues from imports that include a constant supply of satos, will total more than $500,000 this year alone!

It is also disturbing to see the animal rights party line being used against breeders to justify importation. The following quote was taken from the web site of the Humane Society of Snohomish County, a Seattle-area importer of dogs from Taiwan.

"By saving Taiwan dogs, we do not feel this takes away from saving a dog at our own shelters. The majority of dogs from Taiwan are small and our own shelters do not have many small dogs. At this time we have over 38 people on our waiting list for small dogs. We feel it is better to bring small dogs in from another part of the world than to have these people going to a breeder. Many people, sadly, still do after they have been on our waiting list for an extended period."

The Buddy Dog Humane Society in Massachusetts shares the anti-breeder sentiment and offers a similar rationale on their web site: "Many people ask why we are taking dogs from Puerto Rico. The answer for us is simple. Most of the dogs are small, usually under 30 pounds, thus enabling Buddy Dog to find many adopters looking for a smaller dog, a new companion, without going to a pet store or breeder. At the same time we are helping homeless dogs get off the streets and into a caring home."

A certain picture begins to emerge when reviewing Buddy Dog's statement of priorities: 1) to have the right product to fill consumer demands; 2) to prevent the public from getting a dog that was deliberately bred, whether from a pet store or a private breeder; and 3) to help a homeless dog.

When coupled with the stated goal of the animal rights agenda to eliminate the purposeful breeding of dogs and cats, the anti-breeder mantra echoed throughout this enterprise should convince even the most skeptical of readers that stray importation is only part of a far more ambitious plan. The oft-repeated vision for pet ownership espoused by PETA's founder, Ingrid Newkirk makes humane relocation a moral imperative. "If people had companion animals in their homes, those animals would have to be refugees from the animal shelters and the streets."

Animal Rights Activists are disavowing the language and concept of animal ownership

Eliot Katz, president of In Defense of Animals and the foremost advocate of pet 'guardianship,' states a similar goal, "to convince people to rescue and adopt instead of buying or selling animals, to disavow the language and concept of animal ownership."

This is just wrong in every common sense of the word. Beloved owners of their locally obtained pets and animals from local breeders, is honorable and acceptable, rather than the falsehood of saving a 'rescued' pet that was intentionally 'imported' from out of country with who knows, what problems and disease.

The entire system of animal rescue and animal shelters have become 'perverted' in their Animal Rights Activist agendas, similar to a 'forced slave trade' pet environment mentality from other countries shipping their pets and animals to the United States. All this animal importation for the sole reason to keep U.S. animal shelters and rescue facilities appearing to be 'over-populated' in order to continue to push Animal Rights Activist 'perverted' agendas to destroy all pet ownership rights to include local responsible breeding of pets as well.

The Henshaw Massacre Can Happen to You Too!

Pig massacre at Willis River

They were sound asleep. Danny and Cindi Henshaw were awakened by a banging on the door at 5 a.m. on Sept. 12. It was the game warden. Danny was arrested for "operating a mammalian hunting enclosure without a permit" and hauled off to be booked.

For 16 years, Danny and Cindi have operated the 152-acre Willis River Hunting Preserve near Gladstone, Va. It is a private, completely fenced, wild-boar hunting club. Danny has been among the nation's top 10 archers. He has been featured as a hunter on the "Wild and True" television program. His hunting preserve has hosted hunters from the Pentagon and Quantico, and executives from all over. When he opened the place 16 years ago, he went to the authorities to make sure he was in compliance with all the laws, and his operation was approved. Everything was great, as far as Danny knew, until Sept. 12. As the game warden drove Danny away, the radio spat: "OK, we can go in now, he's off the property."

Simultaneously, Cindi saw nine vehicles, lights flashing, descend on her property. Armed personnel, some taking guard positions and others mounting four-wheel ATVs, spread out across the preserve. Shots rang out. Bullets flew. And pigs fell dead. So far, 270 shell casings have been found.

Cindi was told that the state vet was at a command post nearby, that he would be there at 7 a.m. to test the first 10 pigs killed. The killing continued. Danny was booked and released. He returned home to watch – and hear – government officials slaughtering his pigs. All day, all night, gunshots rang out. Cindy had two 500-pound hogs she had bottle-fed and raised as pets in another pen on adjacent, separately deeded property. They were shot dead and dragged away. Day after day, the killing continued, and all the while, Danny and Cindy were under armed guard. The investigation and the killing are continuing. They were told that an agent had hunted on the preserve in May and had killed a pig that tested "probable" for pseudorabies. The same agent returned again Sept. 9 and killed a pig that had tested positive.

Why was a 5 a.m. raid necessary? If pseudorabies was suspected, why were the owners not simply notified and a remedy worked out with the owner?

According to Elaine Lidholm, spokesperson for the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, "there was reason to be concerned about the officers' safety." She would not specify what the reason might be, even when pressed. The investigation is ongoing and is likely to wind up in court, so she said she could not be more specific.

Also in dispute is the legality of the Henshaw hunting preserve. Enclosed hunting preserves were outlawed by the Virginia Legislature in 2001, with the exception of three facilities that were "grandfathered" by the legislation. Lidholm would neither confirm nor deny that the Henshaw facility was one of those grandfathered, nor would she identify any of the facilities that were grandfathered. She simply said that there were no legal enclosed preserves operating in Virginia now. Were the Henshaws ever notified that their operation was illegal? "I don't know," was Lidholm's reply. "They should have known," she said.

Pseudorabies is a viral disease that affects swine primarily, but can infect other animal species. It is not communicable to humans. The disease is fatal for piglets. Adult animals survive, but are carriers for life. A national eradication program has been under way since 1989.

The armed personnel, and the other agents from the USDA and the Virginia Department of Agriculture left the Henshaw property Sept. 22 after Danny agreed to find and kill the remaining piglets the "official" hunters were unable to kill.

When the government de-populates (kills) an animal herd to protect public health, it is supposed to pay "just compensation." In Danny's case, however, no compensation is available. In fact, he has been notified that the entire cost of the de-population operation will be charged to him. This difference hinges on the issue of whether Danny's operation was legal, as he contends, or illegal, as the state contends. In any event, Danny's hogs are dead, and he is out of business. Regardless of what the courts eventually decide, Danny and Cindi will never recover from this experience.

Agents of government who exercise power beyond that specified by law and required by the situation, must be held accountable – individually. If the Henshaws' reserve fell out of compliance because of changes in the law or regulation, does the state not have a moral, if not legal, obligation to provide an opportunity for them to get back into compliance, or should the state descend like vultures to put them out of business because someone in the agency doesn't like enclosed hunting preserves? Was the "illegal" designation simply contrived to avoid the "just compensation" provision of the law? These are questions that a jury should explore and answer definitively.

The state must be held accountable and fully justify its action in this case. If the Henshaws' civil and property rights were violated, both the state, and the individual perpetrators must pay. It is sad that the questions were not answered before the slaughter occurred.
