Pet Owner Rights from HSUS Tyranny Intrusion![]() It's a terrible scam – The Animal Rights "Humane Society" Animal Rights agendas using terms like, "Humane Society," are devised to “Exaggerate” every aspect of animal care and control into propaganda, so that the truth cannot be told without a lie. By Dean A. Ayers Lead Investigative Reporter NationalDogPress © Animal Rights agendas using terms like, "Humane Society," are devised with the common people in mind, who don't care to dwell on what ‘really’ happens to dogs, cats, pets and animals or their pet owners who are the true “innocent victims” of animal rights tyranny laws forced on private property owners. Using terms like, "Humane Society," are devised to “Exaggerate “ in every aspect of animal care and control propaganda, so that the truth cannot be told without a lie. This alleged agenda to destroy “innocent” animal owner victims who own dogs, pets and animals on private property is going to escalate in society, until dog and pet owners “stand their ground” and refuse to allow their dogs, pets and animals to be illegally, or immorally confiscated with “perverted” animal laws, by defensive “force” in necessary to uphold constitutional private property law and the “right” to defend one’s life, liberty, and property. The true “innocent victims” of this animal rights tyranny, which is forced on animal owners on private property by the HSUS, and similar animal rights activist groups perpetrating a lie from their exaggerations of the truth about dog and pet owners must become the new “battle ground” for all dog, pet, and animal owners be it owning one dog or 150 dogs, pets, or animals. Failing to get involved in “standing your ground” against tyranny in animal laws “perverted” by these animal rights activists, means an end to all life “with” our dogs, pets, and animals in our families, as “extended” members of our family unit. Dr. Michael W. Fox, DSc, PhD, BVet Med, MRCVS is a well-known veterinarian, former vice president of The Humane Society of the United States (HSUS), former vice president of Humane Society International, and the author of more than 40 books on animal care and behavior, and bioethics, written allegedly according to the agendas of “Animal Rights.” Dr. Fox is known as a sharp and eloquent critic of the biotechnology industry as a whole and of the FDA and USDA in particular. As a professor, bioethicist, and veterinarian, Dr. Fox has spearheaded the movement to foster the ethical treatment of animals (PETA), according to the agendas of the “Animal Rights Activists” since 1976. Michael W. Fox, former vice-president of the HSUS, said that, "to call an animal, with which you share your life a 'pet,' is reminiscent of men's magazines where you (a figure of speech, don't take it personally) have the Pet of the Month." It is supposed that the continued use of the word "pet" to designate dogs or cats threatens to reduce their level of respect to the current status of twentieth century North American women. ~The McGill Red Herring PETA ad campaigns continue to roll off the press in PETA naked high profile "star" public nude and near-nude photo campaigns. It would appear that Michael W. Fox and the "Humane Society" has a blind eye (from his statement above) to their definition of "Pet of the Month." The "Humane Society" ought to be targeting PETA Nudity Ads for the essence of hypocrisy in the "Humane Society" and PETA both representing North American women as PETA "Pets of the Month" in their own Animal Rights and nudity ad campaigns. An "Animal Rights" activist generally has two reasons for doing a thing. One thing, that sounds good also known as propaganda, and then the second thing, a real one, the Animal Rights alleged agenda to end pet ownership worldwide. Exactly what benefit has the HSUS also termed "Humane Society" provided to innocent dogs, cats, and pet owners or their pets? Or has the HSUS and PETA been solely responsible to their own alleged "real" motivation of their millions in dollars of money in their pocket-books by donations and these activists are just 'sounding good' in their public statements for animal rights. Today's Animal Rights activists have "perverted" once-sensible animal welfare goals and owner responsibilities by putting animals ahead of human beings and employing a "by any means necessary" philosophy to achieve their goals of "total animal liberation" and the destruction of pet ownership rights of the common man, woman or child. Lead by PETA, the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS), and other activist groups, the animal liberation movement does not seek to improve 'pets and animals' lives. Its goal is to place unnecessary legal restrictions on ordinary people and pet owners like you. Today's "Humane Society" HSUS and PETA activists want to force you to eat nothing but beans and greens. They want to ban hunting, fishing, zoos, rodeos, and circuses and ultimately 'legally end with laws and ordinances' any pet ownership. Some activists want to outlaw the use of animals in the search for cures for AIDS, Parkinson's disease, and Cancer. And a growing number of Animal Rights activists, are crossing the line from peaceful protest to violent crime. Other activists have allegedly trained animal control officers, who allegedly take the law into their own hands, by a "perverted" enforcement of animal control laws and ordinances to destroy pets thru pro-active pursuit of euthanasia and the incarceration of pet owners for questionable pet offenses around the country. It's a terrible scam - Animal Rights. The world deserves to know the truth. History is the chronicle of divorces between creed and deed. As with history, like Noah in the Ark, it always begins with the animals. It’s time that We the People, divorce ourselves from this terrible scam of Animal Rights agenda to destroy all pet ownership on private property. Animals are traditional property, now legally having “Intrinsic Value:” Animals are human-kind's most ancient and traditional property. Before ever we settled down to a plot of land and threw seeds in the soil, we numbered animals as our most valuable possessions. Wealth has always been associated with the number of animals that a person owned, and kept. Now animal ownership, use, and the ancient, honorable practice of animal husbandry are under global attack by dog laws, animal ID laws globally. It was initiated by the animal "rights" movement, and adapted by local, state, and federal governments throughout the world. A Dog's life has 'intrinsic value,' New York judge finds: Finding that a dog "is somewhere between a person and personal property," a New York trial court said a pet owner whose dog died following unauthorized surgery may seek damages beyond the purchase price of the animal. "[A dog] is not an inanimate thing that just receives affection; it also returns it," the court wrote, citing Corso v. Crawford, 97 Misc. 2d 530 (N.Y., Queens County Civ. Ct. 1979). Doing Away with Dog Ownership: All the dog legislation, animal control laws, dog ownership licensing, animal breeder licensing and animal ID programs will effectively do away with all but the largest commercial breeders and providers. When the small traditional owner and holder have been the basis for our animals and economy world-wide, it soon will end with all animals owned being controlled through licensing of many types and behaviors. The erosion of our freedom to own dogs, pets and animals, rings true of the current political climate in the USA, Canada, and the world, destroying the literal body of “pet ownership” freedom, by the blood sport of the Animal Rights propaganda agendas to mislead, distort, or distract from the real truth and need for pet ownership freedom. Animal Rights is the plague of the soul that has infected our society in ‘perverting’ what a good pet owner really is all about. Animal care and control laws are only words written on paper, words that change on society's whim, and are interpreted differently daily by politicians, lawyers, judges, and policemen. We cannot by total reliance on law, escape our "duty" to judge right and wrong, and take "action" to stop the tyranny at "Freedom's Gate." For a person's religion is not worth its salt, if their dogs, pets and animals are not the better for it. ### Animals C.L.U.B.- Freedom National Organization Incorporated (Non-Profit) Legal Disclaimer: The information, articles, or links (posted, embedded or otherwise) to the above postings are provided to give readers more information on general dog-related or associated subjects and are not intended as legal advice. Animals are much more than a food supply to many people and it Would be a crime to separate the people from the animals. I also think it is a crime that even owning a dog is becoming a right Reserved for the rich. When I was a child I was so lucky that we Lived near an animal farm that is now a Bed and Breakfast Motel. My life as with many people, was not a pleasant one, and my life as A child growing up was presented with many of life’s challenges. I mostly spent my free time staying in the nearby barn and it was there That I learned from the animal’s behavior, many of the better qualities That people are supposed to excel at but so often don't. The one thing that kept me from losing faith and hope in this life When it got difficult, when I was a child, was my love for our animals. As an adult I still feel that same love and concern for all our animals. I also am very sad when I think that there must be other children who Really want and need a pet but are unable to have one these days due to All the Animal Rights Legislation Rules that are being put in place. A while back I wanted to get a purebred dog and thought I would help Out and get one from a rescue group on the Internet. Ha! I quickly Found out that it would be easier to get a human foster child, with All the hoops the Animal Rights Activists required you to jump through First. I think that is wrong. I then searched to “buy” a purebred dog but Quickly realized every breeder I spoke with, wanted you to pay a fortune For one and then sign a contract saying you will spay/neuter it or else They retain partial ownership of it. That is just plain not right either. What Gives them the right to infringe upon my pet ownership freedom and liberty, Wanting to be a responsible pet owner, not hurting anyone (people or animal). I was disappointed with this type of animal sale contract, because I actually Wanted to let my little dog have a litter of puppies which I planned on keeping. I wanted a litter of puppies which would have a guaranteed home as long as I Lived, so then what is the crime? I finally ended up getting a male and female Mixed breed dog that I will breed and enjoy watching my little dog’s family grow, In my responsible pet owner’s home, for years to come, without having to be Put through the “grinder” of many so-called “humane” animal rescue facilities, That seemingly put a human thru “unreasonable and inhumane” treatment of The person wanting to adopt a pet, just to take a good dog or pet home to Love and care for. At least these mutt puppies I bring into the world will be Healthy and well cared for. Even though I am not paying some group to list Their birth or their lineage (which is basically unknown) the dogs will still lick my Hand, and give me the same love and affection, that I have for these mixed Dogs. I was lucky to be able to afford to buy these mixed dogs, as I am on A seemingly fixed income, (not government support income mind you), but An actual job working income that does not go too far. While I was shopping at a local store for material to make little doggy coats (As my kids grew up and left - I now take care of my mixed puppies, as my Extended family, in my home), the lady at the checkout register told me that Her 2 granddaughters had been wanting a puppy for several years but Couldn’t have one. She said they lived in an apartment and could not afford To buy a small dog for the “excessively high prices” or more, in ownership Spay/neuter contracts that these animal shelters and breeder sellers go for Due to all the new legislations/laws and restrictions being placed upon them, By animal rights groups and “their” Legislators. I thought that was really sad. The very children who would most benefit from having a dog can't have one. I don't suppose they have money for a lot of things those wealthier families Can give to their children (lessons, X-boxes, I-pods, vacations, clothes, toys). It seems now days, that love, devotion, and responsibility, in owning a pet, Is “now” based upon a person’s profit, or income, and expenses in Vet Bills, To prove you “love” the pet animal, not in actual God's love in daily practice, Kindness, and charity to the pet itself, on a daily basis. Having a little dog, Mixed or pure breed, would mean a lot to kids. But now, thanks to "perverted" actions of the "Humane Society of theUnited States - HSUS", PETA, Animal Rights Rescue Groups, Animal Rights Legislators, and Breeders caught up in pandering to all these Legislators to Try and remain “exempt” from their laws, thru outrageous fees, and Maintenance costs, pushes the dog’s purchase price completely out of that Family’s reach, that would “most benefit” from owning a pet dog. I think That is tragic. I have seriously considered finding that woman again and Giving her one of my puppies if and when I get some. Somehow I don't Think a person’s ability to pay almost 2 weeks’ salary for a dog reflects whether they would be a good owner. Hopefully the efforts of people such as yourself, with the assistance of Animals C.L.U.B.- Freedom will help enable more families like that one to Enjoy and learn about life and nature from a dog, cat, bird, parrot, Rabbit, horse, cow, goat, or any other pet. His Name is Now Puppy./Our © Non-Profit Inc. Legal Disclaimer![]() A Dog Named Scamp, Headed for the Pound – His Name is Now "Puppy!" I want to tell you a “true” story, about a dog named Scamp. I can assure you the facts of this story are true, as the dog named Scamp was born in my very own home, once upon a time, about a year ago. But I had only called the dog by it’s generic name, calling the dog “puppy.” My dogs, are a very important and special part of my life. Always have been, always will be. My dogs are truly my “extended family” of sorts, as all my human children have grown up, and found their way. I live alone now; my dogs, and I, paws in hand, and vice versa helping each other to be happy, and always look forward each day to the pursuit of happiness in this life, and hopefully the next as well. My dogs, are rarely mentioned by me personally, in any respect, out of respect for my private life, that is solely fulfilled by my dogs company, not having them for any other reason or motive. No money making schemes, breeding business goals, nor any reason what so ever to make my dogs a public venue. They are, in fact, my family, whom I keep private. But I am compelled by this story to tell you all, about this dog, once mine, named Scamp. About a year ago, I received a very unusual telephone call. It was the owner of one male Lhasa Apso canine dog, named Scamp. The caller stated that he had to give up his dog named Scamp, a male Lhasa Apso dog, because of personal reasons that could not be avoided, and that he was about to take his dog named Scamp to the animal shelter (I call it the pound). Scamp’s owner told me that he had long ago lost my name and number on how to contact me, as I was the original owner of this dog as a puppy. The owner felt he had no alternative but to take the dog to the pound. However, my chance, by god, by whatever reason, maybe coincidence, or eternal intervention (your choice), the owner was surfing on the Internet, and found Animals C.L.U.B.- Freedom web site, and recognized, that the Director of this site, was the original owner (me) of the dog named Scamp. Scamp’s owner immediately called me up and explained that by chance he had found me, and wanted me to know that he was about to be enroute to the dog pound to give up Scamp his dog. The owner wanted to know, if I would be willing to take the dog Scamp back, as he recognized I was the original owner of this dog. Of course, I said yes, I would intervene to prevent this dog from going to the dog pound. I felt a responsibility of having allowed this dog to be born into this world, there for, I should also prevent the dog (long since gone) to be saved from being placed in a dog pound, potentially to die by Euthanization if not adopted out in a reasonable period of time. I drove that same day over an hour to get to the owner of Scamp. Mind you, this dog had only been with me, for it’s original 8 weeks of it’s life, and now it was a year later with no contact with me at all. Upon making contact with the dog Scamp, he was very scared to go near me, and quite frankly seemed to recognize that he (Scamp) was going on a one way trip as well. The hour long trip in the car with Scamp, went smoothly, but was hard on the dog Scamp, in that, he had just lost his owner of one year, and essentially his entire adult life to that point. Scamp was stand offish at a minimum, and probably very stressed as well. Upon arriving home with Scamp, I introduced him to my family of dogs, and needless to say, everyone in the house, was aware that a new dog was on the premises. I talked to Scamp for a little bit calling him by his names “Scamp” but the now adult male dog, still remained somewhat illusive, and cold being that I was actually now a stranger to the dog, after one year apart. I looked at Scamp, and had recalled how this fine dog, had been just a little puppy in my midst once upon a time, and I called in that silly high pitched voice out to him… “here puppy!” As God is my witness, that dog immediately halted it’s whines and whimpers, and looked directly at me, as if that dog had seen a long lost love of it’s papa. I again called to the dog, “Puppy you are home, it’s me, do you remember me puppy?” In a split second, that dog, which I now call “Puppy” burst into a joyful tail wagging free for all roll on the floor, and started barking in the most wonderful tone of affection that a dog can show. “Puppy, fell at my feet, rolling upside down for me to rub his belly, and show me that he was being submissive to my attention, that he trusted me. It took nothing more, that the words and tone of my voice, in a memorable reunion of souls, by a simple but loving word used to describe this canine, I called as an 8 week old dog, “puppy.” I have never at any time, questioned the validity, that animals, and especially dogs, are “living beings with a soul.” And after observing the intact memory of this dog, by the simple one toned word of affection, that I used, calling this dog “puppy” testified to me, that God does in fact take care of his flock, and that flock includes more than just people, it includes the dogs as well. Instantly “puppy” recalled his past as a puppy in my home, and he remembered me, by my voice, tone, and/or name “puppy.” I have never been so happy to see this “puppy” once again, now reborn again, not into an animal shelter, or dog pound to be potentially “put down,” euthanized, but eternal intervention (I call it) allowed “puppy” to be reunited with a loving owner, who cherished this dog, once upon a time, as a puppy. God does work in mysterious ways, even with dogs named “puppy.” I can only say, what I have said before on Animals C.L.U.B.- Freedom, to explain this dog manner of having happy canine memories and a joyful reunion as follows: Your Dogs… They are your friends, your partners, your defenders, your extended family, your dogs. You are their life, their love, their leader. They will be yours, faithful and true, to the last beat of their heart. You owe it to them to be worthy of such devotion. Your extended family, Your Dogs. This particular Lhasa Apso dog, happens now to be named, “Puppy.” A dog loved, and loving all the way thru. Just once a puppy at heart, but now a devoted canine friend, and once again family member, with every beat of his heart…and now mine as well. God Bless the dogs, and all the “puppies” of this earthly world. You owe it to them to be worthy of such devotion. By Dean A.
